After a few years of working as a Property Manager, with a focus in rentals. I felt like there was something missing in this industry. Specifically in my area of the world anyways. As I had to deal with difficult tenant situations, and go through the channels of the Residential Tenancies Branch(RTB) I initially became very frustrated with the process.

There are a number of different steps a Landlord has to take in order to deal with a situation with a tenant. Non payment of rent for example, one of the most common issues. There is a system designed to facilitate the relationship between the Tenant(s) and the Landlord through this, often awkward, and sometimes emotionally volatile situation. This system is a good thing. But if a Landlord doesn't know the system, they can be hampered by it pretty quickly. Mailing an Order of Possession form to RTB filled out incorrectly can easily add a month to the process. Most Owners/Landlords cannot go a month or two, let alone half a year, without rent payments on their rental homes. I have personally sat with home owners at hearings who've told me they were losing their rental home because they could not get rent payments, or evict the tenants from their rental.

The vision at NATE's Pro Property Management is to give Landlords and Rental Owners a tool to help them navigate these situations efficiently, effectively, and in the most civil way possible.

Having gone through the process from start to finish,of evicting tenants who are proficient in their rights, I have gained valuable insights and knowledge that can help others go through the same process with far less, if any, delays.
